Virgilio Bertoldi, a cornerstone of our company<\/a>, loved inspiring us with phrases he repeated daily, which have left a lasting impression<\/strong> on our hearts<\/strong> and minds<\/strong>. It is from these statements that our company philosophy and priorities arise.<\/p>\n

At the core of our manifesto is customer satisfaction<\/strong>, one of the driving forces urging us to constantly improve<\/strong>, ensuring our guests have unforgettable experiences<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

In today’s article, we want to clearly convey one of the key points that sets us apart, one of the foundations on which our guidelines and, consequently, our daily choices are based.<\/p>\n

“The customer has to be satisfied”<\/h1>\n

Virgilio, an experienced navigator of Lake Garda’s waters, understood the importance of this theme well: hence, he constantly encouraged us by repeating this phrase. Customer satisfaction arises from the happiness<\/strong> only a beautiful experience can provide. Every effort is and continues to be made in this direction, striving to create indelible memories<\/strong> that allow us to remain in people’s hearts.
