The Responsible will decide if the excursion need to be deleted, after checking lake and weather\u2019s conditions. In this case, if the tour is cancelled, we\u2019ll provide a full refund of the paid amount.<\/li>\n<li>If <strong>food or drinks<\/strong> have already been purchased, this cost will not be refunded but food and drinks can be collected directly in our offices<\/li>\n<li>The cancellation policies are also valid in case of:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#8211;
