We hope this is enough, but if you need more information, please do not hesitate to contact us![\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”20px”][gb_vc_titolo titolo=”General” dimensione=”medium”][vc_toggle title=”What kind of tours are offered?” style=”arrow” css=””]We offer tours and experiences by motorboat with skipper.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Is it allowed to smoke on board?” style=”arrow”]No, smoking is not allowed on board the boats.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”In case of bad weather, what happens?” style=”arrow”]In case of inability to sail, caused by strong winds or adverse weather events, cancellation due to bad weather may be opted for. The final decision to cancel the trip rests with the Managers who, after careful evaluation of the weather conditions and the state of the lake, choose what to do. In such a circumstance, a full refund of the amount paid is made.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Can wheelchairs be brought on board?” style=”arrow”]We do not have equipment suitable for boarding wheelchairs with passenger. Should the customer be able to get up, it would be our care to help them to get on board.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Can strollers be brought on board?” style=”arrow”]The stroller can only be boarded if it can be closed, due to space issues. In case there are no stops along the itinerary, the stroller can be left ashore near our boarding point.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”What types of payment do you accept locally?” style=”arrow”]We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards or cash payments.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”What types of payments do you accept when booking?” style=”arrow”]We ask for full payment in advance, which can be made by bank transfer, credit card or PayPal.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Can food and drink be brought on board?” style=”arrow”]You can bring your own food and drinks on board (except ice cream). However, we do have restrictions to be observed, which are communicated at the time of booking, regarding alcohol on board.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Is it possible to buy food and drink on board?” style=”arrow” css=””]Beverages can be purchased on board, where there is a menu of what is available. Snacks and fruit, however, must be ordered in advance, at the time of booking.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Is there a limit to the amount of alcohol I can bring on board?” style=”arrow”]No hard liquor is allowed to be taken on board. As for wine, you can bring a maximum of one bottle for every 5 people or, alternatively, two beers per person. <\/span>[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Is there music on board?” style=”arrow” css=””]We have iPads on board, connected to Spotify, from which music can be put on our boats.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Can I bring my own music on board?” style=”arrow”]If you prefer, you can take your music on the boat: you can connect your smartphone device via Bluetooth. Alternatively, you can create a playlist on Spotify and share it with us. This will allow you to access your music directly from the on-board iPad.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Are the boats covered?” style=”arrow”]No, our boats are open with the possibility of partial closure through special sun shades and\/or rain covers.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Can I bring my pet on board?” style=”arrow”]Pets are welcome during private tours. Alternatively, you can park your car in the hamlet of Colombare di Sirmione and then take the shuttle bus to the historic centre. If you prefer to start from a different location, you can always ask us for a custom quote.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”What is the recommended clothing for a boat tour?” style=”arrow”]We recommend comfortable\/sporty clothing.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”What kind of footwear can I use on board?” style=”arrow”]Any type of footwear can be worn, with the exception of heeled shoes. If you wear heeled footwear, the captain is required to make you take it off.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Do your boats have toilets on board?” style=”arrow”]Only luxury motorboats have a very small toilet on board.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Should we bring beach towels on our tour?” style=”arrow”]Yes, if you find it useful.
