General
What kind of tours are offered?
We offer tours and experiences by motorboat with skipper.
Is it allowed to smoke on board?
No, smoking is not allowed on board the boats.
In case of bad weather, what happens?
In case of inability to sail, caused by strong winds or adverse weather events, cancellation due to bad weather may be opted for. The final decision to cancel the trip rests with the Managers who, after careful evaluation of the weather conditions and the state of the lake, choose what to do. In such a circumstance, a full refund of the amount paid is made.
Can wheelchairs be brought on board?
We do not have equipment suitable for boarding wheelchairs with passenger. Should the customer be able to get up, it would be our care to help them to get on board.
Can strollers be brought on board?
The stroller can only be boarded if it can be closed, due to space issues. In case there are no stops along the itinerary, the stroller can be left ashore near our boarding point.
What types of payment do you accept locally?
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards or cash payments.
What types of payments do you accept when booking?
We ask for full payment in advance, which can be made by bank transfer, credit card or PayPal.
Can food and drink be brought on board?
You can bring your own food and drinks on board (except ice cream). However, we do have restrictions to be observed, which are communicated at the time of booking, regarding alcohol on board.
Is it possible to buy food and drink on board?
Beverages can be purchased on board, where there is a menu of what is available. Snacks and fruit, however, must be ordered in advance, at the time of booking.
Is there a limit to the amount of alcohol I can bring on board?
No hard liquor is allowed to be taken on board. As for wine, you can bring a maximum of one bottle for every 5 people or, alternatively, two beers per person.
Is there music on board?
We have iPads on board, connected to Spotify, from which music can be put on our boats.
Can I bring my own music on board?
If you prefer, you can take your music on the boat: you can connect your smartphone device via Bluetooth. Alternatively, you can create a playlist on Spotify and share it with us. This will allow you to access your music directly from the on-board iPad.
Are the boats covered?
No, our boats are open with the possibility of partial closure through special sun shades and/or rain covers.
Can I bring my pet on board?
Pets are welcome during private tours. If you choose to participate in a group tour, animals may be boarded in the appropriate pet carrier you bring, with respect for each passenger.

Where can I park in Sirmione?
In Sirmione there is ample paid parking at Piazzale Montebaldo, not far from the boarding site. Alternatively, you can park your car in the hamlet of Colombare di Sirmione and then take the shuttle bus to the historic centre. What are the boarding points for your tours?
We generally start from the Lungolago Diaz in Sirmione and the Lungolago Battisti in Desenzano. If you prefer to start from a different location, you can always ask us for a custom quote.
What is the recommended clothing for a boat tour?
We recommend comfortable/sporty clothing.
What kind of footwear can I use on board?
Any type of footwear can be worn, with the exception of heeled shoes. If you wear heeled footwear, the captain is required to make you take it off.
Do your boats have toilets on board?
Only luxury motorboats have a very small toilet on board.
Should we bring beach towels on our tour?
Yes, if you find it useful. If you opt for a scenic luxury motorboat tour, beach towels are already included and available on board.
Private tours
What is a private tour?
A private tour is an excursion during which the entire motorboat is reserved just for you, with the captain being the only other person on board.
What is the duration of the proposed tours?
We offer tours of various timings from the 25-minute peninsula tour to the full-day tour, the total duration of which is 6 1/2 hours. In any case, our excursions can be customized.
Can I be boarded directly from the hotel where I am staying?
If the hotel has a private dock, we can consider boarding directly from there, after checking the lake bottom level in that specific area.
Can I arrange a DJ set on the boat?
The boats are not adequate to accommodate such an activity.
Do you organize stag party tours?
No, we no longer organize events for stag parties.
Can you arrange outings for fishing?
No, we do not have the necessary equipment.
Group tours
What is a group tour?
It is a boat trip or experience where the latter is shared with other passengers, in addition to the captain.
Do I have to create the group?

What is the minimum to be a group?
Group tours depart upon reaching a minimum number of participants, which varies depending on the itinerary chosen.
What happens, if the minimum number of people is not reached?
If the minimum number of passengers is not reached, we may propose an alternative date/time.
